Warranty Information
The official NKD electronic warranty serves as the authoritative verification of product authenticity and warranty eligibility; to safeguard your rights and ensure valid coverage for genuine NKD products, please obtain and complete your official electronic warranty registration through an authorized NKD installation center upon vehicle delivery. Under normal use and proper maintenance, the warranty covers key issues including film delamination, adhesive failure, cracking, bubbling, and yellowing; warranty terms, coverage periods, and applicable conditions may vary depending on the specific product and application, so please carefully verify all warranty details with the authorized installation center to ensure accurate registration and continued validity of your warranty coverage.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
Products with visible manufacturing defects identified prior to
installation. The installer is responsible for inspecting the prod-
uct before installation.
Damage caused by improper use or maintenance, including
but not limited to:Use of inappropriate cleaning products,im-
proper installation procedures,incorrect cleaning methods (in-
cluding automated car washes)
Damage due to improper storage or transportation, installa-
tion by non-certified installers, accidental incidents or
man-made damage (such as abrasions, scratches, etc.)
Warranty coverage applies only to factory-original paint sur-
faces. Vehicles with repainted panels, refinished surfaces, or
other non-original paint finishes are not covered under this
warranty.
Damage caused by improper maintenance methods, including
the use of highly corrosive cleaning agents, high-pressure
washing, steam cleaning equipment, or similar treatments.
E-Warranty Registration Steps:
1. Each roll of film has a unique serial number.
2. Dealer scans the 'Warranty Registration' QR code to register for the customer.
3. Once the registration is completed, the warranty becomes effective and your electronic warranty is successfully activated.
4. Customer can check the warranty status online by scanning the QR code on the e-warranty card.
5. Additional Warranty Terms: NKD reserves the right to reject any warranty claim that does not meet the applicable warranty requirements or falls outside the scope of warranty coverage.
